Concrete Effect Decorative Coating

APPLICATION AREA

Beton Deco is applied to various interior and exterior surfaces, including rough plaster, concrete, mineral surfaces such as cement panels, gypsum board, drywall, and fixed plywood. It should be used with an appropriate primer after surface preparation.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

• The surface to be painted must be undercoated with Decoprimer. Dilute Decoprimer with 25-30% clean water by volume and apply a single coat using a roller.
• The complete drying time is 24 hours.
• Once the undercoat is completely dry, apply Beton Deco to the surface.
• Stir Beton Deco until it reaches a homogeneous consistency, using a mixing spatula. If necessary, add clean water while stirring to achieve the required consistency.
• Apply the product in two coats.
  First Coat:
• Spread Beton Deco onto the surface using a spatula in the desired texture.
• While the product is still wet, press lightly with the spatula to enhance the texture.
• Once the product is relatively dry, spray some clean water on the surface and smooth it using a Texturing Float.
  Second Coat (After 5-6 Hours):
• Apply a second coat using a spatula, ensuring even coverage.
• While still slightly damp, spray some clean water and smooth the surface using a spatula.
• The complete drying time is 24-48 hours.
• Once Beton Deco is completely dry, apply the selected Decorative Finish color using a roller and gently refine the surface.
• The complete drying time is 48 hours.

COVERAGE

Depending on the surface smoothness, porosity, and application method:

• 1 liter covers 2.25 – 2.85 m².
• 1 kilogram covers 1.35 – 1.65 m².
• The paint consumption per 1 m² is 350–440 ml or 600–750 g.
