Marble Effect Venetian Plaster
APPLICATION AREA
Decostucco is applied to wall, plaster coating, concrete, and wood surfaces after proper surface preparation with the appropriate primer.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTION
- The surface to be painted must be undercoated with Decoprimer.
- Dilute Decoprimer with 25-30% of clean water by volume and apply to the surface as a single coat, using a roller.
- The complete drying time is 24 hours.
- Once the undercoat is completely dry, apply Decostucco to the surface.
- Stir Decostucco thoroughly using the mixing spatula.
- Apply to the surface as a single coat using the Rhombus Trowel. If the desired hiding power is not achieved the second coat can be applied.
- The complete drying time is 24 hours
- Once the surface is completely dry, apply the Decostucco product of the selected color to the surface by giving patterns with the help of a fine painting brush.
- Once the product is completely dry, sand the surface with fine sandpaper, and apply Decostucco, using a trowel.
- Polish the surface by applying pressure using a Rhombus Trowel.
- The complete drying time is 24 hours.
- Apply water-based Wax for a shinier look.
- Apply water-based WAX to the surface in two coats using a Rhombus Trowel without diluting.
- Wait 30 min. – 1 hour between coats.
- Before the second coat is completely dry, start polishing the surface using a polishing machine.
- The complete drying time of the Wax is 24 hours.

- 1 liter covers 2.85 to 4.30 m² of surface.
- 1 kilogram covers 1.65 to 2.50 m² of surface.
- The paint consumption per 1m² area is between 230-350 milliliters (ml) and 400-600 grams (g).
